The Washburn Sharptails began as C&S Design in Ashland, WI. Once moving the franchise to Washburn, WI the team re-branded as the Washburn Lumberjacks.
In 2022, Washburn once again re-branded to the current Washburn Sharptails. Since the re-brand, the team has made it’s first appearance at the WBA State tournament in 2022 and won it’s first Upper 13 Title in 2023.
